the froth estate at work

Watching news readers on CNN dissecting the captured British sailor situation, I noticed that the "most trusted" news network in the world used the following caption, masterfully fonted in extra-scary capital letters:


Offhand, I'd say it's something along the lines of whatever it is that Forrest W. Bush was trying to prove by having spokespeople in his administration use Guernica-sized photos of the dead Saddam Hussein and Abu Mussab Al-Zarqawi as backdrops for propag...

...err, press, uh, press conferences.

It's a good thing I didn't have to ask for a clue to answer that question, because it's clear CNN doesn't have one.
