a little help?
I'm puzzled.
I've been noticing for quite some time, since shortly after Bush the Second took the throne, that the phrase "diplomacy has failed" has changed its meaning significantly.
Today, when you hear a government representative say "diplomacy has failed," what it inevitably means is "they didn't do what we told them to do so now we're going to really fuck them up."
Does anybody know if there's some sort of a "Republican-to-English" translating dictionary available somewhere? I can't seem to find one on Amazon.
