Reporter Matthew Hogan has also been declared in contempt of court and can be jailed and fined for his refusal to comply with a grand jury's demand that he answer questions they claim are relevant to the investigation into the outing of Valerie Plame, Ambassador Joseph Wilson's CIA-agent wife, in a newspaper column.
