I can never quite comprehend why Americans consider debating to be a contest about who can shout the loudest. I have no idea what either body in the video was talking about, but anyone who is capable of making the late Ronald Reagan ashamed of them has my vote. They must be doing something right.
It was a low blow. It is always a low blow to tell a man that his deceased father would be ashamed of him!
