blast from the past

This evening, I was reminded of a saying from the Sixties and Seventies that motivated a lot of people in a sweeping political movement that achieved a lot of positive change back then. I think it is even more important now than it was in those turbulent times. It is the very foundation of this country, the bedrock upon which the Constitution stands:
