I miss my dad. He died in 1996.
I saw S & G in Minneapolis in July 1983. There were some pre-pubescent teens hanging high from the lamp posts outside the stadium, as we waited for them to open the gates, singing that song. I was amazed that kids who weren't even born when it was first recorded, were such big fans.
....And I'll bet we all miss our Dads....
Actually more now than before.
it gets worse for a couple of years, then it starts getting better. It takes a while.
