Yeah, faux has made brief comment during their coverage, now the "administration officials are pouring over the ruling" trying to understand what it is about--they are having a difficult time "making heads or tails" of it.
WTF?
I guess they need Sylvan learning--or perhaps just a quick course in the constitution....
More likely the latter--the former won't help.
