I've known a lot of gay people through my life, and I've always been impressed at how extraordinarily matter-of-fact gay women were about matters relating to sex and sexuality. At least I was until I became familiar with Rachel Maddow, who responds to discussing sex with squirmy discomfort and stuttering, red-faced squeamishness.


If she was any more like a ten-year-old boy, she would be blowing Catholic priests.
