beauty contest runner-up, ugly contest winner
Carrie Prejean, Miss California:
"In my country and in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think that it should be — between a man and a woman. Thank you!"
So, because you were raised to be a bigot that makes it all right? And while we're talking, just because you say "no offense to anybody" doesn't mean that you aren't being offensive and it does not excuse your lack of regard for the rights of others.

I hear Perez called her the "c" word, and the "b" word. I usually reserve the "c" word for woman who are smart enough to know better than to do and say the unforgivable. I don't think she has a 'kin clue.
