Colin Powell thinks that the disputed elections in the Ukraine need to be reviewed, as he feels they might have been flawed or even fixed. Skewed exit polls seem to be what tipped him off. Yet, in this country, people who see the same kind of inexplicable peculiarities in our own recent elections are accused of wearing "tin-foil hats."

The word "irony" doesn't even suffice here.
